Administrative Staff Vacation/Usage Accrual

HR VACATION ACCRUAL/USAGE FORM (external link to Google web form)

*please submit no later than April 15, 2012  for the January 1, 2012 – March 31, 2012 quarter.

As you each know the college has been reporting vacation leave for a number of years now, first by the Controller’s office and more recently in HR. It has been a very manual and paper-driven process. With the help of the Controller’s office and OIT we have now automated it using fairly simple technology as a step towards ultimately incorporating it into the PeopleSoft functionality at a later date.

For now you will be receiving an email from Colleen Bethoney, Admin Assistant in HR linking to a Google web form to report the vacation time you have used.

Since this method does not allow for your supervisor’s authorization, a report with the entire departments balances will be generated and sent to each department head.
