What is the Organizational Research Team?

The Organizational Resource Team is a newly formed group at Williams. We are here to provide support and functional expertise to administrative departments as they work to identify, analyze, develop, and sustain new ways of working in an evolving environment.

Our goal is to work with you to make a positive difference in the operations of the college’s administrative departments.

How can the Organizational Resource Team help you?

The Organizational Resource Team is available to departments across campus. We work with employees and managers to:

• Find efficiencies and implement new ways of working
• Incorporate technology
• Develop the skills needed to effectively manage: human resources | financial resources | physical resources | information resources
• Provide you and your staff with training and consulting services—at no cost to your department

Essentially, we are an in-house consulting team that is here to support you and the work you do for Williams.
