Pay Schedule and Rates

2023-24 Academic Year Student Payroll Information

Student pay periods are two weeks long. They start on a Friday and close on the second following Thursday for a total of 14 days in each student pay period. Please see this year’s dates by clicking on Pay Schedule below.

All time must be entered by the last day of the pay period (always a Thursday). After the pay period closes, students will not be able to enter hours for that pay period and will need to contact their supervisor with any issues.
