Fitness Classes at Williams

  • Proper ID required for all programs. See Class Guidelines for details.
  • Programs (and area opportunities as noted) qualify for $150 Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement after first four months. One reimbursement per family per calendar year. Download the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Fitness Benefit Form or pick one up in Human Resources lobby.

Swim Lessons - will be scheduled again after 2014 spring break

Lessons for children of employees ages 3-15. Maximum of 4 children/class.

Williams Walks!

Ongoing
These will be gentle, easy lunchtime walks. They are intended to encourage everyone to just get up and get out for a few minutes a day.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 12:05 to 12:35 meeting at Towne Field House; Walks will be led by members of the Williams wellness committee.

Peak Performance - New!

Next Session begins January 6, 2014 – April 30, 2014.
An entirely bodyweight class, focused on high-intensity strength and conditioning exercises. Because of the intensity of the class, the actual workout portion will range anywhere from 20-40 minutes.
