  • Programs (and area opportunities as noted) qualify for $150 Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement after first four months. One reimbursement per family per calendar year. Download the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Fitness Benefit Form or pick one up in Human Resources lobby.

Williams Walks! - Ongoing


These will be gentle, easy lunchtime walks. They are intended to encourage everyone to just get up and get out for a few minutes a day.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 12:10 to 12:40 meeting in front of Jesup; Walks will be led by members of the Williams wellness committee.

Core, Cardio, Confidence Boot Camp - Fall Session September 9 - December 18, 2014

Limited to 30 participants.

Peak Performance - 7 week Fall Session November 3 - December 17, 2014


A class focused on high-intensity strength and conditioning exercises, participants will use kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, bodyweight, and more for a full body resistance and cardio workout in under an hour.

Open level class allows participants of all different levels to practice together, with options for the new and more advanced to go to their edge.  A variety of yoga poses with fluid movement will be explored.
