50 minutes. A great way to lengthen and strengthen the body. A mix of yoga, Pilates and dance exercises are used in a new way when combined with the silks. Helps you to improve your posture by opening your hips and chest and by strengthening your core. Also increases your coordination/balance with better body awareness and allowing you to explore your range of movement with the support of the silks. It is a playful way to exercise that feels more like fun then work. If you are up for a new challenge inversions can be done which are a great way to decompress the spine and release the tension in the low back and hips. The core work in the silks will leave you never wanting to go back to sit ups again.
