60-80% of all workplace conflicts come from strained relationships between employees and managers. During this workshop, participants will learn skills for resolving conflicts constructively, in order to improve individual and team productivity.
About Rich DuFresne
Richard Dufresne is a Senior Account Executive and Director of Account Services. Prior to joining E4 Health Mr. Dufresne was employed by The Wellness Corporation (now E4) for three years where he served as Vice President of Clinical Services. From 1992 to 2011 Mr. Dufresne ran his own human resource consulting company. For over 25 years he has provided Employee Assistance Programs, team development programs, management and executive coaching, workplace mediation services, and management training programs. His experience includes working with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, banks and financial institutions, as well as industry. Mr. Dufresne is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker holding licenses in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of New Hampshire. His undergraduate degree is from Holy Cross College, Worcester, MA and he has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University, Boston, MA.
