Not everyone at Williams is directly selling products and services to people, but we all serve customers.  To do our jobs well, we need to understand our various customer groups and their needs, build rapport with one person at a time, and solve problems professionally as they arise.  At this program, you’ll learn and practice the basic skills that will help you to consistently exceed your customers’ expectations.
