Cathy Crosky, a local career management and transition expert, will provide participants with an understanding of the typical psychological phases of job transition and search. You will learn new ways of thinking, how to get excited about opportunities, and show up in a proactive manner throughout all the challenges of the process. Specific attention will be given to the value of crafting an elevator speech, ways of managing stress, and the power of networking as you explore new directions.
