Happier Holidays: How to Minimize Stress and Maximize Mindfulness (11/18)

Happier Holidays: How to Minimize Stress and Maximize
Mindfulness (So You Can Truly Enjoy the Holiday Season)

  • November 18, 3:30 to 5pm
  • 60-minute Workshop, with time to socialize and enjoy late-afternoon treats and refreshments.

The holiday season can be hectic and stressful in all kinds of different ways, which prevents us from enjoying what is supposed to be “the most wonderful time of the year.” The intention of this workshop is to help attendees go into the holiday season with tools and strategies for taking care of themselves, so they can navigate travel, family
dynamics, and other seasonal challenges more mindfully, and truly enjoy their holiday season.

Specific take-aways:

  • Identify what factors may drain or increase our energy, so we can give ourselves what we need to maintain our holiday cheer.
  • Develop effective ways to set boundaries and communicate them to others, so everyone’s needs are better accommodated.
  • Create an action plan for anticipating and adapting for challenges in order to minimize stress and maximize enjoyment
