Human Resources System upgrade - starts 4pm on Friday November 30th

The Human Resources System,, will be offline for an upgrade starting at 4 pm on the afternoon of November 30th for an upgrade.  We expect it will back in service on Sunday, December 2nd at noon.

You’ll notice minor changes to the look of most pages, but they’ll work the same way.  Note that the Classic Home drop-down menu will move to the top of the browser window, above the Williams logo. This work will help prepare for future improvements to the HR system’s self-service capabilities, which will make most functions, including time entry, easier to do on a smartphone or tablet.

If you have any issues accessing the HR system after the upgrade, we recommend you try clearing your web browser’s cache before contacting Client Services.
