This is a legitimate notification. Claims should be entered through the website on the notification – www.BCBSsettlement.com – and any questions should be addressed through the telephone number on the notification – (888) 681-1142.
Because of privacy considerations, as well as the variability of eligibility criteria for participants’ individual claims, Human Resources is unable to provide information regarding claim processing. Employees can reach out to BCBS using the telephone number on the back of their member ID to verify their participation dates and the group number of the plan.
