Did you make your New Year’s resolution to become more fit? Why not try something new and fun? Check out the following pop-up options this January, and sign up fast as numbers are really limited.

INTRO TO SPINNING

TWO-WEEK WORKSHOP

For anyone who wants to learn about spinning. Learn the basics of indoor cycling, from bike set-up to class structure and  cues, and reap the benefits of spinning: low impact cardiovascular fitness, muscle definition, stress reduction, and fun!
When: Wednesday, January 18th and Wednesday, January 25th, from 12pm-12:40pm
Where: Spin studio on the 3rd floor of Lasell gym
Who: Chris Robare, spinning instructor since 2011

Wear workout attire and bring a large water bottle, towel, and sneakers

ALL LEVELS YOGA

With an emphasis on safe alignment, skillful action, and connection to the breath, this All Levels Yoga Class welcomes newer and more experienced yoga students to practice together.  Alternating between flowing movement and holding poses for longer, we’ll explore a variety of options in poses and sequences, and will hopefully find a sense of peace and renewal at the end of class.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.
When:  Friday 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 12pm

INTRO TO FITNESS STUDIO AND MACHINES- FULL!

Learn about the equipment and machines in the fitness studio, get a quick intro workout, and feel ready to come back on your own to use the space productively. There will be three different orientation/ workout sessions. Attend whichever is best for your schedule.
When: 
Wednesday, January 11th at 6:30am or
Thursday, January 19th at noon or
Wednesday, February 15th at 5:30pm
Where: Upper Lasell Fitness Studio, 3rd floor
Who: Ashleigh Yager, fitness and yoga instructor and coordinator of Williams Wellbeing fitness programs.
