Tasha Yoga is offering a special six-week Introduction to Yoga program especially for Williams staff, faculty, and spouse partners.
This progressive series of yoga classes is specially oriented for beginners new to yoga. Participants will learn the essentials for practicing yoga including centering, placing your foundation, breathing, categories of poses, alignment, and use of props. Taught in rotation by the staff of the studio (Tasha Judson, Anne O’Connor, and Ingrid Van Niekerk) you will also experience the diverse flavors of different teachers and styles of yoga.
This class, limited to 8 participants, is held in-person at Tasha Yoga studio, 20 Spring St. Masks and vaccination required.
Mondays 12-1pm from November 8-December 13 (six classes)
$79 for the six-week program
