Please join us in welcoming Jessica Plowright as the new Employment Manager joining our HR team. She will primarily support hiring managers across the Williams community with all their staff recruitment needs, and will also facilitate and support employment processes.
Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition strategy, recruitment, people analytics and process optimization. Prior to joining Williams, she worked with Resource Solutions, recruitment outsourcing specialists, to help financial services and other corporations to effectively design and manage their recruitment processes. Most recently, Jessica was a Process Optimization Consultant working with new clients in the US and UK.
Jessica grew up in West Virginia, but moved to New York City for college and has sadly remained an urbanite far longer than planned – first in New York, then London, then New York again. She is excited about reconnecting with her barefoot mountain girl roots in the Berkshires. In her spare time, she loves climbing, hiking, baking, and general craftiness. She is looking forward to sharing baked goods with colleagues when we’re safe to return to in-person activities.
