Management Development Program (MDP - Starts in May!)

Learn strategies for impactful management and gain practical tools you can apply right away to support your individual, team, and organizational goals.  

At the end of this program you will have a new cohort of cross campus manager partners, a renewed confidence as a department leader and a deeper understanding of effective strategies for employee engagement.

Who should attend: This immersive six session series with one (30 minute) 1:1 coaching session, is designed for managers leading team strategy and execution (e.g. hiring, budgeting process) that would like to improve their skill sets and gain knowledge with these essential skills and topics.

The series is limited to 20 participants to ensure an interactive and engaging learning experience. Stay tuned for locations and facilitator updates!
