(Snow date February 15)

Lounge, Faculty House

We all have conversations in our head. Many of us have a negative inner voice that can be cruel and relentless. This workshop will explore how our negative self -talk can be detrimental to our well-being and success. It often holds us back from believing in ourselves and can limit our ability to make the changes we want to make in work and in life.

Negative self-talk can foster self -doubt that prevents us from taking risks and meeting our potential. We will explore strategies to harness your self-talk and turn your inner critic into and your inner coach. Join us for a productive time together!
