NEW 9-week Endurance Spin Program

This Saturday, the Wellness program launches a NEW 9-week endurance spin program!

Get ready to take indoor cycling to the next level. Each 90-minute class will test your stamina, endurance, and keep you warm in the cold winter months.

All experience levels welcome, beginners should arrive 15 minutes before class begins. Bring water and a towel.

Saturdays 1/11 to 3/14 (no class 1/18)
10:00am – 11:30am
