New Faces in HR: Brenda Lepicier and Cody Remillard ('15)

This winter, Human Resources welcomed two staff members in new roles: Brenda Lepicier as Director, Employee Engagement and Experience and Cody Remillard (‘15) as Employment Specialist. We are thrilled to share a little bit about their experience and interests as we welcome them to our team.

Brenda Lepicier was in Human Resources at Berkshire Health Systems for 18 years, most recently as Director of Talent Management. At Williams her position includes oversight of recruitment, spouse/partner resources, and a newly created HR partner program. She is excited to understand, and make an impact on, the entire employee experience at Williams- from application and onboarding, to current staff and spouse/partner experiences.

Beyond work, Brenda notes that “Family is very important to me. I grew up in Lanesboro, and my entire extended family lived in the Berkshires. I left the area after high school, and returned to remain close to family. I have 3 very athletic, artistic kids, so any ‘free’ time I may have is usually spent cheering them on at any combination of motocross races, wrestling meets, band concerts, bmx races, basketball, lacrosse, or football games!”

Brenda has been meeting many employees since her arrival and is eager to talk about any aspect of the work experience, from employee engagement to leadership development in managers. She can be reached at [email protected] or by phone x4707.

Cody Remillard brings to his new role recruiting experience with the Wake Forest University Football team as well as talent selection skills through a coaching position at Louisburg College in North Carolina. Cody will be working with hiring managers in all departments throughout the recruitment process, assisting them in developing strong processes and finding the perfect fit for their teams.

Cody grew up in Clarksburg, MA and stayed in the area until his Williams graduation in 2015. He shares he is  “…excited to be part of the Berkshires once again.” Outside work, Cody says he “loves cooking and still has passion for football.” Feel free to reach out to Cody with questions with recruiting, candidate assessment, football, or just to say “Welcome back to Williams,” at [email protected] or by phone x4060.
