Thank you to the many staff who came out for the Performance Development Design Thinking Experiment.
We had 23 different departments represented!
54% were exempt/administrative staff
46% were non-exempt/support staff
42% of attendees also supervise and evaluate others
We were thrilled to see such diverse representation from across the campus but even more excited by the level of engagement in the activities that focused on the performance competencies, timelines, and the form. The thoughtfulness and sincerity of the conversations at the HR Cafe were particularly meaningful. We look forward to compiling and analyzing your feedback to design new prototypes for 2020. So please stay tuned!
