Don’t forget, administrative staff should report vacation and sick leave usage in PeopleSoft Self-Service at https://ephr.williams.edu/.
- Vacation and sick leave must be taken in half-day or full-day increments based on an individual’s standard hours. Administrative staff who work full-time will enter 4 hours for a half-day and 8 hours for a full-day.
- Ideally, you should report time taken as you use it. However, with this new system you’ll be able to enter vacation time in advance or after you take it.
