Seasonal Cooking Challenge - Starts 9/25

The Williams Wellness Committee is hosting a seasonal ingredient cooking challenge!

The 7-week challenge will run from Friday, September 25th to Friday, November 13th. Each week you participate you’ll be entered to win a Thanksgiving dinner basket with all the ingredients for Thanksgiving dinner, sourced directly from local farms. The basket will include a farm-raised turkey, a pie, preserves, and local veggies. Fill out the Seasonal Cooking Challenge Sign Up Form to be added to the weekly mailing list to get reminders about the challenge.

How the Challenge Works

Each week will highlight a local, seasonal ingredient. Use that ingredient in a recipe and submit the Seasonal Cooking Challenge Form each week listing what you cooked. Every week the form will be due before midnight on Thursday. Each week that you submit the form, you will be entered to win the prize! We will also choose weekly winners who can pick up Wellness at Williams themed goodies from HR.

Hate broccoli or one of the other weekly ingredients? No worries! You can make 2 “wildcard” substitutions into your weekly meal using one of these seasonal ingredients.

You can get additional entries 3 ways

  1. Follow @WellnessatWilliams on Instagram.
  2. Take a photo of the food you prepared and send it to us on the weekly form.
  3. Upload a photo or video of the food you cook on Instagram and use the hashtag #WellnessAtWilliams and tag the @WellnessAtWilliams Instagram account.

Prize Drawings

We will draw weekly prize winners every Monday at noon, and we will draw the grand prize winner on Monday, November 16th at noon.
