Through a well-prepared job description, comprehensive recruitment strategy, and thorough interview and selection process, managers can select from the best candidates. Employing the best person for the job will benefit the department and the Williams College community.
Interviewing remains the most popular method of selection and does have its fair share of strengths and weaknesses. This workshop will explore some of the methods to improve the reliability of the interview.
