Shaping your life path, by way of the Berkshires (1/11)

9am-12 noon

Goodrich Hall Resource Room (top floor, enter through door in the circular road by Williams College Museum of Art)

“Now What?” is a central question for all spouses and partners, regardless of career and personal history.

This program will facilitate, through fun and relaxed exercises, a discovery of what spouses and partners have in common as well as clarify and articulate near and long-term goals.  Based on the work of psycho-sociologist J.L. Moreno, these exercises help participants see how they can harness their creativity to effectively influence their place in the world.  This is an opportunity to develop genuine, mutually beneficial connections with each other and reach deeper clarity about your life path and how to take action to get closer to a next step or larger goal.

Facilitator: Sonora Thomas is a psychotherapist practicing in Williamstown, and the spouse of a Williams staff member. In addition to receiving her graduate degree from Lesley University, she has training in mind/body therapies including the Alexander Technique and Self Regulation Therapy. She is a graduate of the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute.
