Tai Chi is a gentle and relaxing form of mindful meditation. This ancient practice harmonizes the energies of the body and mind creating a sense of inner calm, physical balance, and mental focus. This is a 17-step, short form of tai chi. Classes are designed for beginners and early learners.
Instructor Raymond Torrenti is offering these classes just in time for the hectic holiday season.
