Ever shy away from yoga because you’re not flexible? This class is for you! Learn how to align your poses in variations appropriate for you. Find out how strength and breath lead to new openings safely and effectively.
Flexibility is not required to learn yoga! Whether you are achey from sitting or balancing athletic workouts, this class will help you feel better while having some fun with other Williams folks.
This class is Hybrid -In Person & Livestream-
Tasha Yoga studio has four HEPA filters running throughout class. Vaccination and masks required for all In Person students.

This series is about re-connecting with yoga practice in community. We’ll practice together for vitality and steadiness touching body and mind, heart and soul. Some familiarity with yoga asana and/or basic fitness without active injury recommended.
