What’s New for Wellbeing at Williams 2022

Programming for 2022 will focus on six components of overall wellbeing – physical, social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and occupational. Offerings will include a variety of webinars, seminars, community service, and volunteer opportunities, in addition to walking, running, and cycling events. We will also see the limited return of in-person fitness classes, as Covid protocol allows. Programs will be announced through Daily Messages and can also be found on the HR calendar and Wellbeing at Williams page.

Wellness events, workshops, and activities are open to all members of the college community. For those new to the incentive program, employees who are enrolled in the college’s medical plan can receive a $500 taxable incentive by earning 500 points. Enrolled spouses can also participate and receive a $100 taxable incentive. Points are earned by completing a confidential health assessment and two eligible wellness activities identified here. Activities must be completed by October 31st, for the 2022 program – with the exception of certain preventive care appointments.

First-time users will need their BCBS medical ID card to register at ahealthyme.com to take your personal health assessment and track your points.

Also, a reminder that employees enrolled in the college’s medical plan can also be reimbursed up to $150 annually for gym memberships, eligible fitness classes, and weight management programs through BCBS. The reimbursement form can be found on the HR website.
