Learning to manage difficult people is critical for personal and professional success. However, before you can deal effectively with a difficult person, you must understand your personal communication style, which influences how you perceive and respond to different personality types. Participation in this workshop will help deepen your self-awareness and empathy in interactions with difficult coworkers, clients, managers and family members, and teach you techniques for avoiding potential and unnecessary conflict.
