Many of the challenges we have in the workplace boil down to a conversation that we know we have to have but don’t feel quite prepared for. In this immersive, fully interactive session, you’ll have the opportunity to do some work to prepare for a difficult conversation you’re facing. Using action oriented techniques derived from theater, we’ll simulate the real life conditions of difficult conversations, give you more insight into what the other person might be thinking and feeling, and get clearer about what you need to say and how. Class size will be limited to 12 people.
To benefit from this program, you must be willing to share and work with an actual difficult conversation you are trying to stage. Every effort will be made to screen participants and set ground rules to ensure a safe and productive learning experience.
