Who are you? What inspires you? Why are you here? In this program, we’ll use a pragmatic, solutions oriented approach to explore the big questions about work and its meaning. Through personal reflection and conversations with your peers, you’ll begin to craft a personal mission statement, and start charting a course towards a more authentic, inspired, and inspiring career. Whether you are already feeling passionate and committed to your work or if you could use a stronger sense of mission in your day to day work, this program is for you. Together we can envision and start to create a Williams in which everyone feels their work is meaningful and their contributions are appreciated.
