Some time ago, Human Resources hosted a design thinking experiment to guide us in providing better tools and support for our performance development program. As a result of the feedback that we heard, we have developed new prototype forms that we think will be more user friendly and help you focus on the critical elements of performance with your staff. At this program, you’ll get an orientation to the forms, their distinctive feautres, and how to use them.
