Successful meetings include, engage, and bring out the best ideas in everyone who participates. Yet often, conventional approaches to meetings leave people feeling bored, left out, and unable to generate new ideas. In this 2.5-hour experiential workshop, we’ll explore and experience microstructures called “Liberating Structures” that:

  • Facilitate trust
  • Encourage lively participation
  • Create an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and collaborate
  • Can be adapted for use in fostering discussion, brainstorming, decision-meeting, and many other purposes
