No supervisor can avoid dealing with conflict, and the ability to identify and constructively address conflict is a core skill for any supervisor. At this program you’ll learn strategies for starting conversations about potentially challenging topics, dealing with resistance, and intervening in conflicts between employees you supervise. Through lively interactive exercises and discussion we’ll explore how to work with power dynamics and deal with other challenging workplace situations.
This program is part of the Supervisory Training Series.
