Everybody wants to do the right thing. But in a complex organization, and in a small, close-knit community, it’s not always possible to know what that is. As a supervisor, you’re likely to be faced with situations and decisions that give you pause. At this program, you’ll learn what principles to consider when making ethical decisions, and you’ll find out about the policies, procedures, and resources that are available to help you find your way. Group discussions and case studies will help you to apply what you learn.
This program is part of the Supervisory Training Series.
