This program is free and available to all managers at Williams with at least 3 direct reports. To register, you must be able to attend at least 3 of the 4 sessions, including session 1.

Using the DiSC personality assessment tool, you’ll find out more about your own management style and how to adjust it to get the best results from those you manage.
Session 2: Building Your Team
June 19, 2014 from 9 am – 12:30 pm
Hire the best talent and help them succeed. Coach for improved performance. Identify your top talent and provide them with rich development experiences that make them want to stay.
Session 3: Getting Results from Your Team
June 24, 2014 from 9 am – 12:30 pm
Help your team develop a common vision and collaborate together to achieve results. Learn best practices in delegating and performance development.
Session 4: Accomplishing Your Strategic Goals
June 26, 2014 from 9 am – 12:30 pm
Develop the skills you need to make your case, fund your projects, and see them to completion in the complex environment of higher ed.
