Many of us don’t want to bring up problems or differences with others, and figure that the cost of addressing conflict must be higher than the potential benefit. But research and experience suggest otherwise, and there are simple tools to get through our initial discomfort and fears. Join us in this workshop to explore when it is worth it to talk about what’s not going well, and to learn skills for getting started and sticking with tough conversations.
