HR Business Partners

The business partner model is not new to human resources operations, but it is new to Williams. 

Business Partners are HR Generalists who provide strategic advice and comprehensive day-to-day support on all HR-related matters. They support both management and employees in all aspects of human resources. This includes:

  • Providing individual consultation with employees and supervisors on employee relations and professional development.
  • Clarifying policies and answering general questions.
  • Being a thought partner on staffing strategies and workforce planning.
  • Counseling on approaches to management challenges.

Essentially HR Business Partners (BPs)— are an all-around resource to move to enhance our employee experience.
