Why the Plus One Network?
For couples, managing dual careers plays a large part in their life planning. The Plus One Network understands this balance and the importance of supporting both members of a couple as they join their communities and build personal and professional networks.

Educational institutions in rural or semi-rural areas like New England and upstate New York join the Plus One Network. In turn, the Network assists educational institutions support their employees by connecting spouses/partners to professional and personal opportunities. For the Williams College community, this translates to a wider network beyond the Berkshires region.
