This section includes topics from Supervisory Training Series, a series of 12 monthly training programs on supervisory skills. The program is divided into four large sections as described below.  Click each tab to find program materials from each section.

  • The Management Consultation and Support Line line is a dedicated number, staffed by senior clinical consultants who are specifically equipped to provide high level consultation and response around critical incidents, performance issues, and sensitive or high risk cases.  Click here for more details.
