**Please note there may be adjustments to the student employment practices outlined below as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Any updates will be posted here.
Generally, any student who has a completed I-9 Form may hold a campus job at Williams. An I-9 form is required before a student can begin work.
Student Employment:
- First Things First – Start here if you are interested in a campus job while attending Williams. (including incoming first-year students)

- Human Resources System Help – Learn how to check your I-9 status, record your hours, and access forms for tax filing.
- This is the “play book”, so we all follow the same rules. If you’re working or planning to work as a student employee you should become familiar with the guidelines. If you get confusing/conflicting information from well meaning friends, faculty, or staff, or just can’t find the answers to your questions, it’s probably all right here.
Still Stumped? – If you’ve already taken some time to look through these resources, but your question just doesn’t seem to be answered, please email [email protected] for help.
