Wellbeing at Williams is kicking off the Spring Activity Challenge beginning Monday, April 10th! To register, log into ahealthyme. Registration will be open through April 16th. Active BCBS medical subscribers, who complete the challenge, are eligible for the $100 incentive.

      In observance of Stress Awareness Month, Health Advocate is hosting a 30-minute webinar with Jeff Gorter, MSW, LCSW, R3 Continuum’s Vice President of Crisis Response Clinical Service. During the webinar we will examine the different kinds of stress, how to recognize and manage stress within yourself, and how to seek help when you need it.
