Human Resources is pleased to announce that Williams College has partnered with Headspace to provide guided online tools for mental, emotional, behavioral, and physical health – at no charge to Faculty and Staff.
Headspace makes it easy to access resources on your schedule throughout the day and wherever you are. Some of the many topics addressed by the Headspace application (available both on desktop and mobile platforms) are anxiety, emotional eating, sleep quality, physical health and workouts, workplace relationships, stress reduction at home, conflict management, and adapting to sudden change.
To access the free subscription (available to all faculty and staff) go to: work.headspace.com/williamscollege/member-enroll and follow the registration steps. It will ask you to confirm your identity via response to an email at your College email address. You can create a Headspace account using any email address or log in if you already have an account.
