  • Programs (and area opportunities as noted) qualify for $150 Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement. One reimbursement per family per calendar year – just submit by March 31 of the following year. Download the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Fitness Benefit Form or pick one up in Human Resources lobby.

  • Intense full body workout guaranteed to make you sweat with cardio intervals, strength, and core work. If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!

  • Nicole will lead an approachable class for beginners, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between. Classes will progress to safely and intelligently move the body: stretch and tone in new, fun ways with detailed instruction! In addition to physical benefits of yoga, class can also help you both emotionally and mentally. Each class will be slightly different, but you will walk away knowing postures confidently and with a wealth of knowledge to serve you for years to come. Sign-up for the whole session to watch your practice grow, or drop-in for just a class to learn some new details and ideas to move mindfully.

  • This class begins with meditation and seated stretches to help shed the noise of the day. We build to an energetic sequence of vinyasa flow movements, coordinating breath and movement. With close attention to alignment, we usually work towards variations of one or two challenging poses. With creative sequencing, fun music, and a long savasana, this is great way to end the work day.

  • Gentle Yoga nurtures beginners and students of any level who seek a slower, more contemplative practice. Paying close attention to alignment and sequencing, Mary is careful to assess individual needs and to offer safe variations so that the yoga poses and transitions are accessible to every body in the room. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles, create greater flexibility in your joints, and improve your balance and focus. Through regular practice, you will also cultivate a greater sense of well-being and peace.

  • In intermediate yoga we practice vinyasa flow, alignment, and asana specifics. The class can range from moderate to vigorous intensity and is designed to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and focus. In light of our physical uniqueness, individuals are encouraged to explore postures in a way that allows for an optimal experience in their own bodies.
