  • Programs (and area opportunities as noted) qualify for $150 Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement after first four months. One reimbursement per family per calendar year. Download the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Fitness Benefit Form or pick one up in Human Resources lobby.

    To register click below to sign-up online. If you do not register for a class online you are not guaranteed a bike.
    Preference will be given to College employees, spouses/partners.

    $60 for 20 classes by purchasing a Pre-Pay Card from the Cashier, Hopkins Hall, 1st Floor (Valid ID required)
    $5 per class
    Bring water and a towel

    All experience levels welcome, beginners should arrive 15 minutes before class begins

  • Personal Training

    Ongoing sessions for employees, spouses/partners.

    $40 an hour per person, private session
    $30 for a 30-40 minute session per person
    $30 an hour per person for two employees
    Williams College employees can receive a $10 per session discount, up to a maximum of $50 per year from Wellness At Williams (rates apply to sessions in the Williams College Fitness Center)
