Faculty, staff, spouses/partners, retirees, and active recreation community members are welcome to join.
Registration is required by Friday, September 8th at 4:00 pm. Payment is now online (YES!) and you must pay in full at the start of the term. Every class will be $65 for the fall session. A separate payment link will be emailed prior to the start of class.
*No receipts are required for the BCBS of Massachusetts $150 fitness reimbursement. Please see details below.
**Please note, no drop-ins are being accepted at this time. If the class becomes full, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified once a spot become available. At this time, we are not offering refunds or forwarding payments to future classes/semesters.

Participants should bring water, dress comfortably and be prepared to move. With the exception of Spin, all classes require participants to bring their own mat. Get It All also requires aerobic shoes and weights.

6:30am Spin with Chris Robare in the Upper Lasell Spin Studio
Each class is constructed around safe and anatomically focused transitions and cues, diverse terrains to simulate the “outdoor” experience, and heart rate training and working within the rider’s zones for maximum benefit. Maximum 15 participants
9:30am Pilates with Erin Lenski in the Greylock Studio
Pilates is a low-intensity muscle-strengthening workout focuses heavily on building strong core muscles and promoting flexibility, mobility, and posture. Maximum 20 participants
10:30am Barre with Erin Lenski in the Greylock Studio
Barre classes will help improve your balance, build strength, increase flexibility, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. Maximum 20 participants
5:30pm Spin with Rachel Louis in the Upper Lasell Spin Studio
Each class is constructed around safe and anatomically focused transitions and cues, diverse terrains to simulate the “outdoor” experience, and heart rate training and working within the rider’s zones for maximum benefit. Maximum 15 participants
12:00pm Athletic Yoga with Ashleigh Yager in the Greylock Main Space
This is not yoga “by the book.” Build strength, flexibility and perseverance in all planes of motion. With a focus on slow and steady movement linked to breath, sweaty dynamic sequences, and prolonged isometric holds, this class is intended for those who have some knowledge of yoga and are ready to challenge their practice. Maximum 30 participants
5:15pm Gentle Yoga with Mary Edgerton in the Greylock Studio
Gentle Yoga classes allow newer and more seasoned yoga practitioners to explore a variety of yoga poses, with suggested modifications, as well as slow flow sequences. Maximum 20 participants
5:30pm Building Muscle and Mobility with Katherine Myers in the Greylock Main Space
This class will focus on improving (or maintaining) strength, posture, flexibility, and range of motion. We will use mostly bodyweight exercises and occasionally some equipment in a series of dynamic strength and circuit training. Maximum 20 participants

12:00pm Gyrokinesis with Patrie Sardo in the Greylock Studio
Rooted in Yoga, Tai Chi, gymnastics, dance and swimming, this class will allow you to rediscover your ability to move through space with grace and ease. Participants will be guided through intentional sitting, deep breathing, and elongating and rocking the spine to release tension from the nervous system, before moving to floor sequences to deepen our deepest core strength and increase range of motion. Maximum 20 participants

6:30am Get It All with Karen Pedercini in the Greylock Studio
An upbeat workout designed for all fitness levels. Low impact/high intensity cardio followed by dumbbells and fitness bands for strength and muscle definition, finishing with ab work and stretching, providing a whole body work out. *Participants should bring aerobic shoes, water, an exercise mat, and weights. Maximum 15 participants
