Using Faculty & Staff Self-Service
What’s New?
Classic Plus Styling: You’ll notice minor changes to the look of most pages, but they’ll work the same way. Note that the Classic Home drop-down menu will move to the top of the browser window, above the Williams logo. This work will help prepare for future improvements to the HR system’s self-service capabilities, which will make most functions, including time entry, easier to do on a smartphone or tablet. If you have any issues accessing the HR system after the upgrade, we recommend you try clearing your web browser’s cache before contacting Client Services.
Off-Campus Access: Human Resources and OIT have collaborated to add additional protection against unauthorized access to the Williams Human Resources System for faculty and staff self-service. This will help protect your sensitive information, including pay statements, W-2 forms, and direct deposit bank account numbers. See the Announcement and FAQ.
